How bright should my projector be?
Brightness is measured in lumens. A dark small room may only need 3,000 lumens, while daylight, larger screens and bigger audiences often require 5,000 lumens or more. We assess ambient light and screen size before recommending a model.
What screen size will the audience need?
Screen size depends on the furthest viewer, ceiling height and content. Detailed spreadsheets need larger text than films. Our range includes portable tripod screens and larger fast-fold screens suitable for event venues.
How long can I hire equipment?
Hire can run for one day, a weekend, a week or longer. Multi-day and repeat-event pricing is available. Collection and return windows are agreed in advance so the schedule remains simple.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across metropolitan Melbourne from our Narre Warren and Point Cook service locations. Delivery cost is based on suburb, timing, access and whether setup or collection support is required.
Can you help with setup and connections?
Yes. Every hire includes the required standard cabling and straightforward instructions. Delivery with setup, testing and pack-down can also be arranged where the venue or event requires hands-on support.

What is included for a funeral presentation?
Packages can include a projector, appropriate screen, laptop connection, speaker, all cables, delivery and setup. We confirm the venue requirements and presentation format early to reduce stress on the day.
